ACR-1500D Drilling Rig Delivered to Egypt

ACR Drilling has successfully delivered an ACR-1500D drilling rig to Egypt, adding another machine to our growing portfolio of international deliveries and further expanding our presence in global drilling markets.

Built for Demanding Drilling Operations

The ACR-1500D is a heavy-duty drilling rig designed for demanding water-well and deep drilling applications. With a 95-ton pulling capacity, the machine is engineered to provide the power and structural strength required for challenging drilling operations.

Its robust mast and chassis structure is manufactured using Strenx 700 MC Plus and Mannesmann steel, providing high strength and durability for demanding field conditions.

The rig is equipped with an 18-inch American-type rotary table, manufactured in ACR Drilling's own facilities. The rotary table incorporates Timken anti-friction bearings and specially alloyed, wear-resistant cast components, providing durability and reliable performance under demanding drilling loads.

The ACR-1500D also features a 7.5" × 10" duplex mud pump, capable of delivering up to 2,170 L/min at 20 bar. The machine is powered by dual 420 HP engines, providing the power required for high-capacity drilling operations.

In-House Manufacturing and After-Sales Support

A significant portion of the ACR-1500D's components is manufactured in-house by ACR Drilling. This allows us to maintain greater control over manufacturing quality, production consistency, and component compatibility.

Each component is supplied with its own identification code, making spare-part identification and future ordering easier for customers and supporting efficient long-term maintenance.

Our support continues beyond the delivery of the machine. Following delivery, ACR Drilling provides commissioning and operator training, helping customers achieve an efficient start-up and ensuring that operators are properly familiarized with the machine and its systems.
